Tennessee Commerce Bank collects, retains and uses customer information that is necessary to process account applications, advise customers of our services, products, or benefits, and manage customer accounts. We collect nonpublic personal information from you from the following sources:

- means any company that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Tennessee Commerce Bank. Our only Affiliate is Tennessee Commerce Bancorp, Inc., the bank’s parent holding company.

NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTY
- means any company or entity that is not our Affiliate.

NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION
- means personal financial information about you that is not publicly available, was obtained by us from a nonpublic source, or any list, description, or other grouping of consumers that is obtained using any personally identifiable financial information that is not publicly available.

Tennessee Commerce Bank limits access to customer information to employees who have a business reason to know such information. Employees will be subject to appropriate disciplinary actions should they violate this trust. The bank has defined policies and procedures to ensure that collected information is accurate, current, and complete. We will immediately respond to any customer notification of error and ensure that inaccurate information is corrected in a timely manner.
