How It Works

1. Payments are mailed to a local post office box set up in your company name and are picked up first thing each morning.
2. Payments are processed. Remittances are opened, sorted, and batched by payment type. Check batches are processed, encoded, endorsed, imaged, and balanced.
3. Payments are deposited and reported. Deposits are credited to your account same day. We also offer the ability to create a file that can be posted to your general ledger or BAR.
4. Special batching and custom reporting are available.
